Pending confirmation from Crossroads Church, the Wailing Women Conference will be held JUNE 19-20, 2009 at Crossroads Church, 3500 Madison Road (corner of Ridge and Madison in Oakley) 45209. Go to www.mapquest.com for directions.
The Conference will be Friday evening 7-9 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. We are asking for participants to consider a liquids only fast starting at 7 p.m. Friday evening to Saturday at 3 p.m. We realize not everyone can do this fast, but encourage those who cannot do a food fast to consider some other type of fast for the period (e.g. no Ipod; no cell phone or other technology).
Cost: We are still determining exact costs, but hope to keep it under $25 per person for the weekend. We want as many women as possible to attend.
Volunteers needed: We need intercessors (trained prayer partners) who will pray with individual participants, and small group leaders who will facilitate small groups for prayer using a prayer guide. If you want to volunteer please email Dr. Meg J. Rinck at mjrinck@hotmail.com
